ITINERARY

The Khasab Musandam half day cruise with the dolphin-watching tour is a three-hour excursion located in Musandam, Oman. It has two departure times, morning 09:30 am and afternoon 01:30 pm. The boat leaves from Khasab Musandam dhow port and here is the detailed tour itinerary.

09:00 AM – 01:00 PM – Reporting Time

 If you are coming from Dubai, it will take approximately three and a half hours to reach Khasab Musandam Oman. Make sure to leave before 6:00 if you are planning to join our morning Musandam half day cruise. Remember that you must report at the given location by 9:00 am. If you would like to join for the afternoon session, then reporting time is 1:00 pm. The boat leaves from Khasab Musandam Oman dhow port.

09:30 AM – 01:30 PM – Boat Departure

 The morning half-day cruise starts at 9:30 am and the afternoon cruise starts at 1:30 pm. Please be on time to join us for the tour, as our staff will greet you with soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit including apples, bananas, and oranges onboard.

10:30 AM – 02:00 PM – Dolphin Watching

 The first fun-filled activity for Musandam half day dhow cruise passengers would be dolphin watching. This thrilling experience is available at a selected few locations inside the fjords. Our crew will take you to the best possible places to see this amazing creature. As these dolphins are wild and not trained, so there are some chances we could not spot them. According to our experience most of the time our guests enjoy the accompany of dolphins on Telegraph Island.

11:00 AM – 2:30 PM – Telegraph Island

 After taking in the beautiful views of dolphin watching, we will move on to Telegraph Island. This island is known for its excellent swimming and snorkeling opportunities. You’ll be able to enjoy these activities for nearly an hour. In addition, life jackets, snorkeling gear, and towels will be available onboard, please ask our crew more about this.

 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM – Khasab Port Arrival

 After enjoying scenic swimming and snorkeling at Telegraph Island, it’s time to head back towards Khasab dhow port. It will take approximately 45 minutes from here, and we will reach Khasab port. VISA REQUIREMENT

  • Single entry Oman visit vis is 5 OMR each and a 35 AED UAE exit fee needs to be paid on the border.
  • The passport of all participants must be valid for more than 90 days from the travel date.
  • If you have a UAE resident visa then it must be valid for more than 90 days.
  • You must carry your original passports with you to cross the border.
  • You must carry a vehicle registration card (Mulika to cross the border.
  • If you don’t have car insurance, you can buy it from the border. (around 100 AED)
  • If you are renting a car then must get a NOC from a car Rental Company to cross borders.
  • If you have sponsored (dependent) visa then the sponsor must be traveling along.
  • All professions are not eligible for an arrival visa, check your profession first.
  • Single entry visa holders are not allowed, their visa will be canceled upon exiting UAE.
