INTINERARY

Musandam overnight dhow cruise is currently one of the most popular activities among UAE residents and tourists. There are two timing options for the cruise, which starts at 10:00 am and ends by 09:00 the next morning and the evening starts by 05:00 pm and ends by 04:00 pm the next day. We have put together a complete itinerary with details here:

09:30 AM – Reporting Time

As the Khasab Musandam distance from Dubai is of 3.5 hours including the border process. So if you are coming from Dubai then do remember to leave Dubai at least 04 hours before the boat departure time. It is recommended you reach the given meeting point 30 minutes before the tour starting time.

10:00 AM – Dhow Cruise Departure

The Khasab Musandam overnight dhow cruise tour will leave port at 10:00 am from Khasab dhow port. You will be welcomed by our crew and served coffee, tea, soft drinks, plain water, and fresh fruits aboard.

10:45 AM – Dolphin watching

 Dolphin watching is a popular activity on Musandam overnight dhow cruises. Round 10:45 am we will arrive at the dolphin-watching area. The dhow will stop here to allow you an opportunity to witness live dolphins up close. Be prepared for beautiful scenes as dolphins come along the boat and may even participate in your viewing experience. Make sure to bring your cameras so you can capture these amazing moments!

12:30 PM – Telegraph Island

 Swimming enthusiasts will get an opportunity to snorkel and swim the pristine, crystal-clear water at historical Telegraph Island. The island is known for its crystal clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling, making it the best place in Musandam Oman for aquatic pursuits.

01:30 PM – Onboard Lunch

 Lunchtime aboard the dhow cruise will consist of a traditional Omani meal including chicken fried rice, salad, khubz (Arabic bread), hummus, and assorted fruits. The meal will be served around 01:30 pm local time.

03:00 PM – Seebi Island

 As you enjoy lunch onboard, our captain will sail toward Seebi island. We will spend almost one hour there, and you can go swimming snorkeling and fishing there too. This Island is known for colorful fishes and marine life.

07:30 PM – Onboard Dinner

A barbecue dinner will be provided on board around 7:30 pm. If it is not windy, a live BBQ meal will also be made available as an additional option. BBQ dinner includes chicken kebab, grilled fish, fried rice, beef kebab, salad, veg curry, khubz, hummus, and salad.

 07:00 AM – Onboard Breakfast

 The guests will enjoy a wide variety of breakfast options the next morning, including boiled eggs, yogurt, jams and jellies, bread and cereals, coffee (including flavored varieties), tea, bottled juices, and water, as well as soft drinks.

09:00 AM – Khasab Port Arrival

 The boat will depart from Telegraph Island around 08:00 am and reach the Khasab dhow port by 09:00 am. The Musandam overnight dhow cruise will come to an end here and we hope you enjoy every bit of your stay with us.

BORDER CROSSING

  • Oman visa is 50 AED and UAE exit fee is 35 AED each payable at the border.
  • Passport and if resident then visa must be valid for more than 90 days.
  • Everyone must carry an original passport to get across the border.
  • The car must be under your name or the owner must be with you.
  • If you don’t have car insurance, you can buy it from the border.
  • If you have rented a car, must get NOC from the car rental to cross the border.
  • Dependent visa holders must be accompanied by the sponsor.
